[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] bluetooth

We only document and support Bluetooth synchronization with the integrated
Bluetooth Manager software in Windows Mobile (chapter 4 in the User Guide).
As mentioned in the User Guide, if your device uses some other Bluetooth
hardware and software it may not work the same.
