[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Changing Sync Settings

I wish there were a flag, similar to ActiveSync, that tells the program 
Always replace items on
   [] the device
   [] the computer
I do not add appointments on the computer any longer, and do not want to 
lose data on the device.  I have had problems in the past with ActiveSync 
overwriting new device records with old Outlook data before I turned that 
option on in ActiveSync.  (This was years ago when I still used W2K and an 
old WinCE device, but I figure the idea still holds.)
