[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Recurring events

When a recurring event is set to occur on a particular day each month  
(i.e. 3rd Wednesday), the Windows Mobile 2003 calendar gets the  
proper dates from iCal.  When Syncing, the dates coming back from the  
PDA (Dell Axim X30 in this case) are changed to the same date each  
month as the first event in the series (i.e. 15th).  It appears that  
there is no option in the Windows calendar to repeat an event on a  
set day (i.e. 3rd Wednesday).  MissingSync needs to not override the  
Mac iCal series setting during a sync.  This is a BIG problem.
