Having looked through the correspondence  I was careful not to  
request a specific date when I started this current thread about WM5  
support.  I knew I was unlikely to get such a reply.  I had not  
expected however you to be so circumspect.  If you are working  
diligently then are you getting effective results, one suspects not,  
or else one could translate that into a time - such as even "quite a  
few months", or "finding it very difficult and no where near seeing  
an end".  I'm afraid your reply is engendering little confidence that  
you are actually achieving anything.  So yes you have given an  
answer, but the only clues on progress are in what you have not  
said.  Sorry to sound so harsh, but I did expect better.
