[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Entourage Calendar still a no go

The latest 2.0.2 update seems to work for most. I've had a lot of people
send me their data and have been able to sync well with 2.0.2. I suggest you
folow these steps. If you can't sync after doing this please send a copy of
your Entourage archive as part of a support ticket using the form at
http://www.markspace.com/support/request_windowsmobile.html.

1) Delete Folder
Delete the 'Entourage Data' folder found at ~/Library/Application
Support/Missing Sync for Windows Mobile/Entourage Data.

This is NOT your actual Entourage data, so you won't harm your Entourage
data.

2) Hard Reset your device
This will erase the contents of your device. Best to start clean!

3) Disable PIM Logging
In the past we may have had you enable PIM Logging. I want to make sure it
is OFF/disabled. Open the Missing Sync. Hold down the option and command
keys while choosing Preferences from the Missing Sync menu. You will get a
special debug options dialog. If the third button says "Enable PIM Logging"
simply hit cancel. If it says "Diable PIM Loggin" click it.

4) It is okay to have "Show more detail in log" in the regular preferences.

5) Connect and Sync

If you do get a sync error, look in the log and search for the word "error."
There may be an explanation for the errors that you can fix (e.g. Event that
spans more than 30 days).

If you can't sync, submit a support ticket using the form above and include
your Entourage archive (use the Export option in the Entourage File menu).
