[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Installation error

During file copy process (about 85% done) the installation aborts. The
wizard informs me that there were errors and that I need to re-install the
Missing sync software. I must be missing something. Any installation
procedures one can have a look at

Mac OS X 10.3.9 (7W98)
Imate PDA2K PocketPC windows Mobile2003 ver 2
