[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Paying to get it to Sync on Tiger

Yeah. What's happening with support. There are lots of issues posted 
here and almost none where resolved. geesh. This is not good. I have to 
buy an upgade to fix the problems? I don't think its right to ask money 
from customers in exchange for fixing bugs!!!
