FYI.  Apple's iCal doesn't support the standard iCal. 
They do some funny stuff for custom encoding time
zones and colorizing stuff.  I hand crafted iCal with
a text editor and had it work fine with Evolution (on
Linux) and Outlook 2002 on Windows XP.  Both work
fine.  However, Apple's choked on it.

I recall the php iCalendar had problems with this as
well.
