[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Missing sync - MISSING

Delaying a product to get it right is one thing. Waiting until the day before the shipping date to tel the customers it will be late is a whole different matter. It is nothing more or less than appalling expectation and customer relationship management.

Folks, I know you were promised something and now the date has
slipped. I'm sure everyone is sorry about that, and everything
possible is being done to get a quality product out the door.

Sure, you all thought you'd have Missing Sync today. We all thought
we'd have 3Ghz G5's last year too. We were promised flying cars
    years ago.

Software development isn't an easy thing, and a lot did change under
the hood with Tiger as far as Sync goes. Let's give them the chance
    to get this right.

    Jim
