    I agree wholeheartedly with most of the other posters.  I've been using
missing sync since I switched to a Mac, and have loved the program and was
willing to wait until the end of June for the new version.  However, this is
a very, very good example of very, very bad customer service.  Stringing
customers along for 2 months or so and not telling them until the last day
that it's going to be another month?  Pardon my skepticism, but how are we
supposed to believe now that it will actually ship in July?  The first date
wasn't met, and not a word that it wouldn't until now.  Fool me once....etc.
    I applied for being a beta tester several weeks ago, but was told that
the beta program was full, so have not been able to sync since upgrading to
Tiger.  I think I'll probably be one of those on this list that will now be
switching to another program, and asking for a refund.  As well as spreading
the word that MarkSpace cannot deliver to it's customers satisfaction and
expectations.  Expectations that Markspace  helped establish.
