Eric-
I was a relatively new customer of the product and would like to
second the comments of Seth Palmer. I have not synched up my Ipaq
since I found the product was no longer useful. I am an early
adopter of Mac software so when Tiger came out - I used it
immediately. They offered a ship date and stuck to it. The system
has a lot to recommend it. I am not sure how long my patience will
last but if vapors continue on this product - I would say not long.
