Greetings all.

Mark/Space experienced a problem with our server Friday afternoon  
that persisted until Monday morning about 8am California time.

This issue resulted in the loss of all support requests for the  
Missing Sync for Pocket PC. If you posted a request for support on  
our website during this timeframe, please resubmit your request.

Resubmitting is the only way that our support group will be able to  
review and resolve your issue.

I certainly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and  
we will work hard to track down your reported bug or resolve your  
issue as soon as possible.

Please do not hesitate to resubmit your request if you originally  
submitted Friday after 12pm California time, Saturday, Sunday or  
Monday until 8am.

Emails to the Missing Sync for Pocket PC discussion list were  
received and do not need to be resubmitted.
