This is a common issue - it happened to me too. Try Googling "Active  
Sync 92%" and you receive a ton of links discussing the problem.  
Basically, when you hit 92%, let it run. I've read instances of  
people having to wait anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes at 92% for the  
install to complete.

I believe there's also a previous version of Active Sync that does  
not stall at 92%. I can't remember which version it is, but that's  
what I ended up doing.

Have a Google around and follow the advice from the many forums  
you'll uncover. It's a well documented issue and you should be able  
to succeed with the install - I did.
