Sorry. We don't sync the photo. We will look at supporting this in a future
update.

On your Pocket PC device, do the photos show up in Contacts or a separate
application? For example, on my iMate PDA2K the photos only show up when I
choose the "Photo Contacts", which opens another application called "Caller
ID." For what it's worth, the photo does not sync with Outlook on the PC
either.
