[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] uninstalling Missing Sync

Try using the uninstaller in the Missing Sync for Windows Mobile folder.

Also, if your device is connected and you restart the expected behavior is
to try and reconnect. If you don't want this to happen, disable the
preference option "Always listen for devices."
