[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] New version install tips please

So, eventually, I didn't jump ship. There wasn't really a choice since I 
was warned not to get PocketMac.

I am downloading the new version at the moment (on a modem line...). 
Once I have got it, how should I proceed? Should I erase all entries on 
my Pocket PC first, has anyone a procedure that worked well?

I still have to clear up some of the mess the last version created (like 
moving events one day late), I really hope this version is not going to 
create such a mess again.

BTW, for various reasons I am still on Panther, in case this makes a 
difference.
