Unfortunately, The Missing Sync is limited in the options to force the
Device to overwrite the Mac and visa versa simply because these options
aren't available through Apple's Sync Services yet to developers.

The Entourage plugin does not sync with Apple's Sync Services, but directly
with Entourage using the API's provided by Microsoft.

We chose to support Apple's Sync Services so that as more and more
developers add Sync Service client support to their products you will be
able to share that data as well. For example, when Microsoft ships their
Entourage product that adds Sync Service support we will all be synching PIM
data to the same Sync Services database.

The procedure of clearing out your Address Book and iCal likely cleared the
Sync Service database. The Missing Sync syncs with the Sync Service database
directly and not iCal and Address Book. This same step might work for those
who have everything on their handheld now, but not for those who have their
main data on the Mac.

For those who have their main data on the Mac, they might try a Backup and
restore of both their iCal and Address Book data. This should force Sync
Services to refresh it's database. Let both the apps stay open for a while
to ensure they finish updating Sync Services. Then try the sync again.
