[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Update question for 10.3 users

Some of the biggest changes for Panther (Mac OS X 10.3.x) users will be
increased sync speed. The new version only syncs changed records, so it is
much faster.

Also, if you switch between synching with a PC and Mac the new version uses
the same lingo to exchange Calendar, Task, and Contact data. The 1.0.4
version had problems with certain event types.

Also, the new version supports more fields (e.g. Birthday, Anniversary).
Overall the support for the many types of iCal events is improved in the
Missing Sync for Windows Mobile.
