[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Update question for 10.3 users

I'm still at Panther 10.3.9 and don't see any reason to Tiger up in the near
future.

Is it recommended that I upgrade my Missing Sync anyway?

I use USB synching to a Samsung i700 and currently having lots of problems
synching so maybe there would be an improvement even without the need for
Tiger compatibility. Yes?
