You may have posted to the wrong list. Do you have a Pocket PC handheld or
Palm OS handheld? I assume a Palm OS handheld since you mentioned HotSync
Manager. This is the Pocket PC talk list. Please post your question to the
Palm OS list.

I can tell you that if you have The Missing Sync for Palm OS installed
HotSync Manager will not launch. Missing Sync replaces the HotSync Manager
and you do not need to run it.
