Actually it works baring a few minor bugs - I tested this recently on  
a beta of Missing Sync for Mobile (build 22). You can sync to VPC  
(running version 7), a full blown PC and Mac (both Panther and  
Tiger). The only issue I see currently (which is not related to beta  
program itself) is that on every sync to PC/VPC all entries need to  
be synchronized - they are all indicated as not being synchronized.   
I never tried it on earlier versions of Missing Sync. So once beta  
becomes a released product this can be done.
