Are you using Mac OS 10.3 or 10.4?
If you could please take screen shots of the error messages you are getting
and open a support ticket using the form at
http://www.markspace.com/support/request_windowsmobile.html we'll take look
at it. We have tested syncing with both .Mac and Missing Sync.
