[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Not Mounting

The name has not changed and having iTunes opened or not does not make any
difference.

Also, I have a backup to my original OS (before the reinstall) and the same
thing is happening.

This is kind of a long shot, but check the name of your Mac in the Mac
Sharing preference. There have been a few users who's Mac name was
altered/biffed when they upgraded to 10.4.3. Maybe when you reinstalled the
OS it got changed. Try changing the name and restarting.

Also, see if there is a difference if iTunes is open or not.
