I'm pretty sure we plan to add the option to have "desktop overwrites
handheld" and have it "stick" as well as be one-shot. We already do that in
the Palm version sync services conduits.

Handheld overwrites desktop is another matter - Apple really really doesn't
want you doing that (as I believe we have discussed on this list
previously). So that is a lower priority/a separate topic.
