[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] More on iCal sync problem

As a follow up to my previous email, the Birthday calendar that is created
using the iCal preferences is also a read only calendar. So it also would
need to be removed.

For what its worth, some read only calendars seem to work, if some of you
are using them just fine and wondering why. It looks like published read
only calendars that contain notes in the notes field of a records might be
the culprits.

Again, we are working on a fix and hope to announce it and post a beta soon.
