You definitely appear to be correct so far.  I've not had quite as  
many issues in terms of the computer hanging or panicing, but I am  
definitely seeing quite a few other problems and heard from others  
experiences that this is still very much beta.  It is too bad that  
this has been sold in the state at which it is at although we need it  
terribly at the moment.  I seriously wonder if I should have  
purchased PocketMac as I heard some reviews that it worked much  
better with Tiger currently than the previous release and I'm  
wondering if perhaps even this release.

I am going to give MarkSpace the benefit of the doubt and bet that  
they are running on zero sleep every day right now in order to give  
us an update within the next 12-24 hours or so to resolve a huge  
laundry list of current issues or I would suspect that many of us  
will be getting refunds quite soon.  It feels like either they were  
trying to get one up on their competition and have an earlier release  
or perhaps just needed to turn some more income quickly and pushed it  
out the door.

Please help us Missing Sync developers.

Since installing this software my MAC has locked up twice and had to  
be rebooted and I have submitted two errors reports to Mark Space via  
it's built-in error reporting engine.
