The 2.0 product requires you to open port 5678, in addition to port
5679 which was used by the 1.04.
Port 5679 is used for the connection to the device
Port 5678 is used to communicate with the device about which records
are changed on the device and to acknowledge changes.
Looking at your log, the process which uses Port 5678 doesn't seem to
be able to talk to the device even in this most recent log with the
Firewall deactivated. Without that communications channel working, we
can't sync.
What firewall were you using?
