[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] iCal sync with read only calendars disabled

Does that read only calendar also have Tasks/ToDo's in it? We have a bug
where Tasks/ToDo's look to be syncing for ALL calendars, not just those
selected.

The "Data Mingling" means the data is merging. The retry is that it was
stopped and is trying again. It will try up to 10 times before quitting.
