Device Ignored usually means that you are trying to connect using a
transport that is disabled in the Missing Sync prefs. For example you might
be trying a Bluetooth connection, when Bluetooth is not selected in the
prefs.

Check that first. Also, if your device has both WiFi and Bluetooth try
turning WiFi off if connecting via Bluetooth. Or, turn Network on in the
Missing Sync preferences.

Lastly, quit Missing Sync and then try trashing the Missing Sync preferences
file ~/Library/Preferences/MissingSync for Windows Mobile Prefs.
