[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] iCal sync with read only calendars disabled

Tried disabling read only calendars and still failed.  The log  
indicates that an error occurred in one of the read only calendars  
that I disabled.  Also got a status of something to the effect of  
"Data Mingling.  Retry 1"???
