[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Install or copy files

Tried installing the SplashPhoto.cab file (by drag and drop to MS  
window method) and after approx. 1/5th the device disconnected  
without intervention from me (very rude!) Tried again using 'Install'  
button - same thing.

Since you ask, I was previously trying to install a Pocket  
Informant .cab file.
