[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Install or copy files

The science of extracting .CAB files from .exe files is not very reliable.
We are researching some ideas, but the trend in the industry is that
software developers are making the .CAB files available for download from
their web sites or stores because devices that connect to the Internet (e.g.
WiFi, Bluetooth, GSM or CDMA phones) can then download these files directly
to the device.

Mark/Space is starting to sell third party applications for Windows Mobile
at our online store ( http://store.markspace.com/index_ppc.php). There are
currently just a handful of options there, but we hope to increase the
number of products offered. Also, we list some Mac friendly software
developers who make .CAB files available at
http://www.markspace.com/pocketpc_macfriendly.html.
