[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Calendars are one-way

I looks like there is a problem synchronizing "Read Only" calendars. This
problem likely stopped the sync of other events. Try editing the iCal Plugin
preferences to NOT include any read only calendars and then sync again.

We are tracking the problem with read only calendars and will announce a fix
when available.
