Adrian,

What type of device do you have? Is it on our list of supported devices at:

http://www.markspace.com/ppc_devs.html

You don't mention if you followed the steps for removing Pocket Mac If 
you have ever had Pocket Mac installed on your Mac it must be removed 
completely. See our Knowledgebase article on how to do that at:

http://www.markspace.com/support/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&id=1

If you continue to have problems, please report the issue to our support 
department by completing a request for support form at:

Be sure to include information on exactly what trouble-shooting you have 
done.
