Have had a look at the user guide (page 4-10) and it says that 
applications can be installed on your ' iPAQ Pocket PC or your 
computer by copying an application  file that has an .exe or .cef 
extension'

Does this mean that if I download a .exe or .cef file directly onto 
the PocketPC it can be installed? Can this also be done via Missing 
Sync or just CAB files?

Afraid I am not a PC user, I know what an exe file is, but what about 
cef and cab?
