[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Pocket PC Calendar Questions

Maybe someone can provide advice.
 
I use Outlook on a laptop at work that runs Win XP. I use the Calendar
program on my Mac Panther OS at home.
 
I am thinking of purchasing a Palm or a Pocket PC. I need full
interchangeability and am wondering how well Markspace's software does
this kind of integration-or any other syncing software for that matter.

This is how Outlook looks on my work laptop in Month-view.

This is how Outlook would display the equivalent month-view on a Pocket

This is how I want Outlook to display the month-view on a Pocket PC.  I
will buy a Palm Pilot if I can find the software that can do this kind
of display.
 
Is there a software application that can view items the way I want?  How
well would Markspace software convert multiple-day items over?  The
ability to visually see where things begin and end across the month view
is crucial, even if it is only color bars.
 
Advice is appreciated.
