[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] missing sync-unable to mount via bluetooth or usb

Hello,
I have new ibookG4 with all updates for all programs
needed to run missing sync.

My pocket pc is an iPaq 4150.

I have only been able to sync iCal with my ipaq4150
once by usb and once by bluetooth.
I have not been able to re-sync again.
I can establish a bluetooth connection no problem and
isync on my ibook recoginzes the ipaq no problem.
But the missing sync dialog box will not acknowledge
my ipaq.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing mssing
sync, but this has
not helped. I don't understand why this is happening.
I use Outlook2000 on my home desktop and active sync
with
my ipaq 4150 regularly.
I was hpoing to have this onformation on my ibook as
well.
I have been waiting for a reply from support at
Mark/Sapce for a couple of days and sent them my 
isync log reports, but haven ot heard back yet.
Any help or advice you can provide would be greatly
appreciated.
