[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] repeating events shifted one day

Hi all,
all my repeating whole day events are shifted for one day by the second sync.
At the first sync to the blank ppc verey thing is fine. But with the 
second sync the desaster happend.
Each other appointment is correct.

My timezones are:
Mac: CEST (GMT +1 +DST) (Berlin)
PPC: GMT +1 (Berlin) (DST set automatically)

System:
Mac: MacOSX 10.3.5
PPC: WM2003
Missing sync: 1.0.4

I read in the archive, that some others had the same problem. Some of 
them had the wrong timezone on one of the devices.
But I dont think this is the reason here.

Does anybody know:
How to check if DST is on or off on the PPC?
What else can be wrong?
