[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] calendar and isync issue on ipaq

A friend who owns a  ipaq 4155 recently purchased MS. I own a toshiba 
(no SD I/O but that's another story_) and have no problems with MS.

anyway, when we did her first sync, the ipaq slowed to a crawl.

we found that if we disabled the calendar sync, her contacts synced 
without a problem and all was fine

can anyone help? what would cause her calendar to do this?

btw - though not 100% sute, i think she's running 10.3 and isync 1.5
