[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] missing sync-unable to mount via bluetooth or usb

Hi Ken,
After doing everything suggested in your emails to me and
from the web site I am still unable to get my iPaq 4150
mounted. I can't understand why I was able to do this once
by USB and only once by Bluetooth.
Again-the Bluetooth connection is fine.
And iSync recognizes the pocketpc and I press the sync
button and things seem to be working and then it freezes
on updating ical and then I have to cancel and nothing
gets transferred over. In the meantime none of the appropriate information
shows up in the Missing Sync dialog box, it simply isn't being recognized
or mounted.
I have completely disabled all firewalls, enabled Verbose logging
made sure my address book had my card enabled.
I even put in an exception to the http proxy in my network
preferences- the ocalhost thing.
Is there no way I can converse with someone by phone to walk me through
all of this? I have only limited experience with Mac and would really like to make use of
the Missing Sync program.
Your reply and help is very much appreciated,
Thanks Ken,
Jimmy

Does your handheld have an Owner name? Do you have one of your Mac OS X
Address Book records marked as "Make this my Card?" If not make sure
that you select the desired records and choose "Make this my card" from
the Card menu in Address Book.

Also, make sure that you have a computer name in the Sharing Mac OS X
preference.
