[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] missing sync-unable to mount via bluetooth or usb

Hi Ken,
Thanks for your reply.
Today I did waht you suggested, but still no 
luck getting the iPaq mounted.
Do I need to uninstall again?
This is getting a little frustrating.
Any more help or advice you can send me is really appreciated,

A few things to try:

1) Soft reset your handheld
Check the documentation that came with your handheld. Usually there is 
a reset button on the back of the handheld.

2) Disable any Firewalls
Make sure that you disable any firewall software on the Mac. Check the 
User's Guide for information about opening port 5679.
