[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] permission issues?

Have you contacted apple about this?  Honestly this is the only thing 
holding back my workplace from doing a mass deployment or site 
licensing this software.  I'm sure that apple can give you an API that 
will not make this an issue.  We do not, will not and can not due to 
federal regulations give users local admin privileges.
