Unfortunately, Missing Sync is storing information into the iSync
Birthday and Anniversary fields, and for some reason Address Book
doesn't use these fields but uses some other private (undocumented)
fields. We'll look into the possibility of working around this in the
future..

Currently, Missing Sync doesn't map categories to calendars.
