[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Won't connect

Ian,

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have removed every Pocketmac file as 
per the instructions on the Missing Sync space.  Additionally, I have 
Missing Sync for Palm OS running perfectly.
I uninstalled and reinstalled without external firewire devices and had 
it up for a while.  It was wanting to install on an external device and 
there was no way to choose another drive within the installer.  I reset 
my PPC and it is now working.  So, I guess there were a number of 
issues that had to come together outside of what is suggested for the 
product to work.  The e-mail from the company merely suggested I use 
another usb port.  Too bad the faqs don't cover difficulties getting 
the ppc recognized.  But it definitely was not a remaning Pocketmac 
file.
