[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] Why am I not having these problems ?

I find it amazing that people are having problems with Missing Sync.
I've upgraded my PDA 4 times , and upgraded my macs about 3 times, and all
has been working for me. I would have to deduce that it is human error.
