Manny,
I would also deduce that your deduction is incorrect.
Human error is not a part of the equation if, following installation  
instructions, the product is installed and subsequently used to sync a  
handheld device to a computer, both with new system software, the  
calendar show multiple events for the same day after making one change  
to the calendar.
I guess you were just lucky!
