On the contrary! Mark/Space is working on what we think will be a very
impressive update. In an earlier list response today I mentioned that in the
upcoming weeks we will be asking for beta testers.
As for our support offerings. We do realize that for the past few weeks our
email support has been behind, resulting in longer delays in replying to
some customer problems. We recently hired another support operator and are
making changes to the www.markspace.com/support page to help improve access
to the self help information. We are also looking at adding other support
options in the near future to provide live support help.
We encourage people to use the support email forms at
http://www.markspace.com/support/emailsupport.html. These forms ask specific
questions that will help us better troubleshoot your problem. Too often
customers don't provide enough detail for us to troubleshoot the problem and
it takes two or three emails to get the key information. This slows down our
support personnel by filtering and replying to emails just to gather
information. Please use these forms and be sure to provide steps to
reproduce the problem you are having.
Myslef and others at Mark/Space do monitor this list. Please feel free to
continue posting product suggestions and questions.
Thanks!
Ken Freeman
