I'm glad to hear that you are able to sync fine now. To answer your
questions, the current version of the Missing Sync for Pocket PC reads ALL
records from the handheld. Then when writing records back to the handheld we
only write back those records that changed.

We are working on an update that will sync only those records that have
changed, thus increasing the sync speed. The first problem ("eternal
conflict") that you saw was probably a random problem writing data back to
the handheld. This has not been a widespread problem, but there seems to be
a few kinds of events that cause problems. The upcoming release also changes
the way we exchange data back and forth and we expect to see even more
accurate synchronization of data.

We will post a beta application in the coming weeks asking for users to help
us beta test this new release.

Thanks!
Ken
