Both rely on sync!  Pocketmac only uses it for connection and like Palm 
desktop then it uses its own conduits, Missing Sync seem to rely totally on iSync 
(it can only talk to Apple programs).

I like you adopted Missing Sync early and have now progressed to PocketMac. 
Neither are perfect (far from it but then MS Activesync has issues as well) and 
the level of support is similar - easy problems are fixed difficult ones take 
time to be fixed.  I notice the response from PocketMac is much more friendly 
and whilst sometime its a shrug its a nice shrug - sometimes Missing Sync 
responses are far from this. My main reason for using PocketMac for it support of 
Entourage and its other functionality.
