[missing-sync-pocketpc-talk] PPC doesn't always mount

I upgraded to Panther and didn't detect much difference. Have noticed
however that sometimes it doesn't connect (I have a Samsung i700) and doing
a soft reset on the PPC device (paperclip insert to the back), then it
connects fine. Don't know why this happens.
